We want you to love every piece you purchase from Alex Mill, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box before attaching the return shipping label.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
